This grants iMU time to run the business in a focused manner, while and keeping fresh content coming for Publisher, Investors and testers. People love to interject ideas, and they love it when their ideas become playable. Game design is documented and ready to develop in an ongoing state of flexible design to what works best.
CASE: The power of Mod developers - in the Pre-game phase
Let us introduce a whole new development phase to game making. Before we decide what to complete and release we want to share our game design docs and the prototype version of the game. We all know mods with heart are usually better than most developer games. So why not give a couple hand picked mods teams the design doc and the playable prototype and let them have a go at it? Allowing freedom and creativity within the guidelines of what Prince of Thunder - Throne Wars Online is to become. We have defining plans, yet wish to remain open and relatable like a good game should be.
Successful Developers & Mod Teams, will receive first right of refusal for paid development in next version games.
Why make a rushed game that isn't a lot of fun, then mod up the fun later, when you can mod it first into the great game it should have been in the first place? iMU functions under the understanding that at any given time, unique groups of people are ripe to creative develop deeper realizations of game assets prime for staging towards completion. Therefore we don't pre-judge a Team no matter how large or small. We discover many groups, offer directives and give choices to each. Some development overlaps, and those teams will merge and produce creative synergy. Realizing this it became part of our development strategy.
