Investment Commitment

request, the initial project documentation, and have carefully reviewed and
examined such information with respect to my participation in an investment=

the identified “Prince of THUNDER” project.
This is to confirm that I clearly understand the
investment requirements, the potential market(s), the risks, and potential
rewards of such an investment in multiplayer gaming software. The success, if any, is based on a
successful completion of the software from its current stage of development=
and
the subsequent marketing requirements to achieve financial and therefore
investment success.
The execution of this Investment Commitment docu=

is specifically and legally intended to evidence my commitment for investme=

as stated herein and includes the initial date for the completion of a first
advance to the company.

to privacy legislation, that I permit the company to freely reference and or
